To me, it is not so easy to find a proper fine dining in Venice - full of touristic canteens and fast-served restaurants. For this, Dama was a great surprise to experience, Unbelivanly rich tastes, suprising combinations and great service. Definetely recommend. Have to remind - no meat in the menu!

A very unique experience in a very romantic setting. This is not a place that you want to go if you were in a hurry or just want a basic menu. This is what I would consider a culinary experience with a perfect pairings of wine. We did the tasting menu and if I am being honest I was leery however pleasantly surprised. The chef has a true talent for taste and presentation.

全てがクリエイティブで独創的。最高の品質。ミシュランの２つ星か三ツ星くらいの価値があるお店。 ひとつひとつの料理に隠された味や独創的なくみあわせ、盛り付けが施されていて他のお店では食べたことのない味ばかり。パスタのアリアーリアは今まで食べた全てのパスタの中で最も美味しかった。パスタ含め燻製の味が最高に上手にほどこしてある。 他のお店はやたら量が多い。量が多いことが顧客にとってのメリットや価値ではないことをイタリア中のシェフが認識するべき。そんな中当店の料理は量の観点も大変綿密に考えられていて満腹になってしまうから食べられないとか、味わえなかったということは一切なく、大変適量。 お会計の値段がクリエイティブなBOXに入ってくるなども工夫に溢れている。 全てに必ず驚きや新しさが備わっている。 明日のランチも必ずここに来ると決めたほど、何度も訪れたくなるお店。 こんなにクリエイティブでエキサイティングなレストランは珍しい。最高の時間を提供してくれたスタッフ、シェフたちに心から感謝します

Wonderful experience! We have never been to a Michelin star restaurant so we didn’t know what to expect. It was elegant but accessible. The staff was professional but not stuffy. They smiled and laughed with us and made us feel very comfortable. I wore a jacket abs my wife a black dress but people were dressed more casually and all felt at home. Although it was by far the most expensive dinner we’ve ever had it felt like an unique and worthwhile experience. We did the five course tasting menu and it’s truly more than five courses there are welcome bites, palate cleansers, etc…. Terrific experience all the way around.

We booked Dama for our anniversary dinner during our trip to Venice. This was probably one of the best meals we’ve ever had!! From both a service, creativity and taste perspective just perfection !

Everything was perfect. We had the 5 course tasting menu. The service was friendly and incredibly well choreographed. The food was creative and delicious. The presentation was artistic. A special shout-out to the sommelière who made a great recommendation and did an excellent ritual for the uncorking and tasting. One of the two chefs is only 24 and clearly has a great future. Highly recommended!

Last night while on our honeymoon we had the privilege to experience and an amazing performance and art show at the magnificent Dama Restaurant in the beautiful city of Venice. First kudos to Deborah and the rest of the amazing front of the house staff who were truly Broadway performers working in unison to make each guest feel special. One of the best service experience in any restaurant. Grazi!! Let’s get to the food. The conductor of this symphony was chef LORENZO!! And wow did he deliver. His use of the local ingredients from the canal really allowed you to experience what life was like many many centuries ago. He didn’t shy away from the tiniest local clams packed with flavor, to the lagoon grown asparagus or the tiny “prawns” called skia to the the almost extinct mussoli “clam like” pasta. His creativity was only matched by the balance of colors, texture and FLOVOR. It’s great to see a young chef not shy away from local ingredients and cook with heart and passion. Kudos to the entire Dama TEAM! Thank you for making our night and honeymoon that extra special!! We will be back. It’s definitely worth the trip to Venice!!

It looked like we were the only ones booked in the main dining room for lunch, which came as some surprise. (The restaurant is attached to a hotel so it’s possible there were other diners we didn’t see.) every course was, frankly, a revelation. The main course is, in fact, two separate courses – fish served two ways – and every dish was a work of absolute art. I can’t recommend this restaurant highly enough!

Truly in the top 3 dining experiences. Beautiful fine dining service with young and exceedily knowledgable serving staff. The regular and vegetariam tasting menus wer spectacular. Amazing creativity in flavor texture and bredth of plates. Exceedingly generous portions. Exceedingly great deal. This would be my go to for romantic and special occassions.

An excellent experience! We chose the tasting menu with wine pairings and ate the most delicious meal ever. Each course was creative and beautiful but most importantly tasted amazing. The presentation of the food and explanation of ingredients local to Venice made this an experience not to be missed.
