Daniel‘s is a gem on its own in Swarovski Kristallwelten. When we’ve been there on a hot July day, the menu was full of light summery dishes, wine was properly chilled and the service was friendly and attentive

Llegamos y tenían la mesa reservada para nosotros, pero nos encontramos con que no tenían muchas cosas de la carta (eran las 14.00) y la camarera que nos atendió tardó muchísimo en atendernos una vez acabada la comida. Recogió los platos y ni nos preguntó si queríamos algo más ni nada hasta pasados 40 minutos. La comida buena, pero cara para lo que es. El servicio, muy mejorable. Nos fuimos bastante descontentos.

Location and decor are amazing, food was excellent. Service was a bit disjointed, which was a shame. The waitress forgot one dessert after being asked twice, then gave it to us in a takeaway box. She brought the card machine but didn’t show us the bill. Would definitely recommend though.

We enjoyed a delicious lunch at Daniel’s after a tour of Swarovskis…The restaurant was very busy, but that did not take away from the service. All the waiters and staff had a great attitude and that made our meal even more enjoyable!

It was a very nice end to our day. We booked well in advance and I'm glad we did, we wouldn't have gotten in otherwise. Service was good overall, just a bit slow. The food quality was very good. Very satisfied with our experience.

Food is great, but as they close at 8pm, they started clearing up from 7pm on. At 7.45h we were presented with the bill before we even asked for it. We had reserved for 6.30. Once we arrived we were told that there is no coffee as they have already started cleaning the coffee machine. When we were asked if we would like to have dessert, we were told that the cafe gourmant will be served with chocolate as there is no coffee. Food is good, but it is sad that they call themselves a restaurant, when it actually turns into cafè / cafeteria with no coffee.

Service was good. Our kids liked their meals. My husband said his was decent. I unfortunately did not think my meal (chicken/lentil) dish was good. Bland taste and chicken tastes a bit “squishy”.
