Appetizers were good: bricks, pastillas...Couscous broth and vegetables good with supplement offered. Meat was very disappointing: lamb was dry, merguez was tasteless, dry and over charred. Pastries in the Farandole of oriental pastries were not fresh and dry. Service and decor were very good.

The staff were absolutely delightful! Food was terrific. My wife had the "Menu Gastronomic" - good value - but beware, the portions are quite large. She had the merguez starter and the lamb tagine with lemons, plus a ginormous chocolate mousse with pistachios. I ordered a la carte and had pastilla (moroccan fillo pastry filled with chicken/egg/cinnamon/almond) and the lamb tagine des rois (with dates, figs, apricots and a huge amount of lamb). The 2 tagines were quite different: the lemon was "milder', though flavorful; the "kings" version was sweeter, with deeper flavor. Many around us had couscous, served with veggies and sauce in a large tureen, with meat (e.g., lamb, chicken, sausage) on the side. In addition, there are bowls of chickpeas, olives, cornnuts, to mix in. We were there at prime-time on a Saturday night, it was very crowded, but everything was terrific. Also, the room is very attractive, and less "kitchy" than many Moroccan restaurants. Would recommend highly.

The food was great, good portion. A little bit more expensive than average, but it worth it because of the location and the ambience. I recommend this restaurant.

The tagines we ordered were very bland. I expected more herbs, spice and seasoning.

Water is far too expensive, 9.00 € per liter!! No lemonade, only sprite!

This does not rate the stars in any guide. I order the lamb cutlet with couscous, and my friends ordered the chicken and the lamb shank. One also had the lamb tangine. We all tasted each others to confirm our opinion, this was a meal without flavor. If you are putting a broth on my couscous then it better be the best broth you can ink out of your ingredients. Boring meal. Will not return.
