Parmi les plus brillants de sa génération, le doublement étoilé David Toutain est à la tête d’une table infiniment créative, nourrie par ses plus belles expériences auprès d’Alain Passard, Pierre Gagnaire ou Marc Veyrat. Dans un cadre aux airs de loft fait de chêne, béton et verre, tout en sérénité, le chef déploie une cuisine volontiers végétale, graphique et audacieuse en accords et techniques employées. Cromesquis de courge et cacahuète, oeuf, maïs et cumin, carpaccio de saint-jacques à la truffe, tartelette betterave, hibiscus et oignon rouge ou mariage oursin et café, les bouchées défilent avec virtuosité et émotion.

Exceptional food!
A ton of different aromas that come to your mouth. A very subtle mix of natural and fresh ingredients that just make the cuisine of David Toutain unique.
Puts 11 Madison Park to shame. Beautiful, witty, and wonderful flavors. The wine pairing had some surprises, and all complimented the food in the best possible way.
Tout va bian
Ups and downs as concerns the cuisine (langoustine and cabillaud were definitely sublime and memorable; poultry and clafoutis were certainly not). Service begs for improvement (requested salt brought almost 10 minutes later, after the dish was finished; knives not changed when moved from fish to poultry until we requested). Music volume too high.
We were seated in the room next door where there were spacious seatings and warm cozy feeling decor, great if you are looking for more privacy. You could taste the freshness from the ingredients in every dish, and some of the combinations were surprising but in a good way. Service was impeccable.
