The food had a wow factor which meets my expectation for a Michellin 2 star restaurant. The ambiance is nice and chic. The staff is a bit hit and miss. They are nice and friendly overall. When we asked for introductions to wines, the sommelier just gave us the wine menu and left without saying anything so we just ordered wine pairing. There were occasions when the wine was not served after the paired food arrived.

I came with a lot of expetations, I told them my wife in pregnant and does not like apple. Eventually they gave her undercooked fish and dessert with apple. I told to the waiter and he got furious on me. He decide not to talk to me anymore. I told them the situation and they took the food with angry face and didnt replace. They gave us bad feeling and we just want to go.

Everything about our experience was fantastic. The food was amazing and creative, the service was excellent, and we had a front row seat into the kitchen. We really enjoyed the use of vegetables and earthy aspects. We had the 10-course tasting and yes, the dinner was 4 hours, but the pacing was perfect. We left feeling satisfied but not stuffed. Each course was light and perfectly sized. It was a wonderful evening, and we look forward to another opportunity to return.

The food was phenomenal, including the taste and presentation! The staff was very friendly and accommodating except for one snooty sommelier / waiter, who kind of ruined our experience a bit. The atmosphere was not my favorite as it was too warm and the light was too dim for the lunch time, but we were seated all the way in the back upstairs, although it was my birthday and I asked for a nicer table. Also, a couple next to us celebrated birthday and they brought a dessert with candle and happy birthday on it. They did wish me a happy birthday, but did not go above to make me feel special. We also made a mistake of selecting 6 course menu, which was way too much for lunch and felt overstuffed afterwards. It was definitely a very unique dining experience and extremely expensive (€200 per person). So I think I’ll skip next time.

sitting to close to the table next to us, 4-5 different waiters, sometime we had to ak for water, sometime the (220 euro) wine finished, sometime the table was just not clean. the food was good +, except for the deserts. we've finished the meal with a taste of caramelized onion and a cookie that my girls can make. there better options in 600 euros for couple. sorry

We had the most amazing food adventure at DT when we were in Paris for one night only. I loved the laidback luxury vibes - no snooty white table cloths and rigid rules. We relaxed with our amazing blanc de blanc champagne and dove right into several amuse bouche bites - each one fantastic and exciting us for the meal ahead. We chose the 8 course tasting + oscietra caviar add on + langostine add on. It’s incredibly hard to say which course was the most mind blowing but by the end we felt we had experienced a magical culinary accomplishment. 10/10 I would highly recommend and we hope to return to Paris and DT someday!

Food was exceptional, the service warm and the setting very nice. Only minor issue was with wine service; served a wine, recommended by the somm, which was both corked and oxidized. I pointed this out, the somm tasted and disagreed and said that’s just how the wine was supposed to taste. I’ve really never seen this before and certainly didn’t expect it from a place of this stature.

Pacing, creativity and excellence of the dishes was incredible. Not usual heavy full feeling after a tasting menu given lighter and fresh ingredients. Wine pairing was also terrific and intelligently curated.

While the service, wine list and presentation are lovely, the food was very disappointing . Too many cream sauces, too many dishes without distinctive flavor. For instance, the rhubarb sauce on the white asparagus detracted from the flavor of one of the glories of spring. A 30 euro supplement for girolles added six tasteless mushrooms to overcooked veal. Much better before it got the second Michelin star!
