We were told by a wine bar owner this was the best seafood place in Brugge. The fish was mediocre at best and the service was not what I expected for such a highly regarded restaurant. We sat without beverages for the last half of our meal. If the restaurant was packed I could overlook the service but it was not that busy maybe 3/4 booked. I would say over priced and underwhelmed.

Lovely restaurant, very attentive and responsive staff. Good range of both fresh fish and shell fish with some well thought out set menus. A great evening out.

The perfect wrap up to our getaway. The ambiance was exactly what we needed, very relaxing and charming after a long day of walking. Very great views of the street . The food was amazing very fresh and local. The service was welcoming and helpful.

Good option to eat sea food in Bruges as lobster , oysters … Excellent service and excellent food quality with a reasonable price . It’s a quiet place to come with your couple , very good heating to compensate the cold temperatures off Belgium. . To improve ; perhaps the tables are too close to each other and for me the sea food would need to be cooked with more salt .

The place it's a little bit tiny, but cozy nevertheless. The food was magnificent, and we received an entrance that was a nice surprise. If you like seafood, this is the place!

Food was great but the service was strange and didn’t make us feel very welcome. We came at a time where the restaurant was quite full which I can understand but they didn’t know how to handle a customer that waits a long time for their order. It’s not a cheap restaurant and for the money we paid I’d expect the service to be much better.

I have visited Bruges many times, it gets busier every time, so booking a restaurant is essential. This was not my first choice and reviews said food was excellent, customer service, crap, exactly what we got. We waited for an hour for our main courses, whilst at least two other tables, that arrived after us, had finished their meal. We had totally lost our appetite when the main courses arrived. Fairly modest 2 courses with wine for two, €170+, unacceptable.

Absolutely cannot fault the food here- it was delicious. But everything just took too long- there's one thing being rushed and another when everything feels delayed. Our order wasn't take for 45 mins- admittedly a waiter had come and asked within 2 minutes of arrival but we needed a bit more time, not 45 minutes tho. We were given complimentary appetisers which were delicious and a lovely touch. My husband ordered their fresh seafood platter whilst I had one of their set 3 course menus. The platter and my starter arrived together which was perfect but after another half an hour we had to ask where my main course was. I dont know if ordering the 2 different menu choices was unusual and maybe most people order the platter for the table rather than individually but the kitchen had clearly forgotten about my main. We also had to remind them about my dessert. The food when it arrived was absolutely delicious and it's lovely not to feel rushed over a meal but this was rather drawn out.

The little appetizers were a neat experience and a nice touch. The food was really good and tasty. The location is close to the market as well. Worth the stop.
