6/10If you are looking for a place to enjoy some authentic Abruzzese grilled meat in Torino, you might want to check out Del Vasto Braceria. Here are some of the pros and cons of my experience there: Pros: - The restaurant offers a discount if you book through The Fork app, which is a great deal for the quality and quantity of food. - The staff was friendly. - The grilled meat platter was the highlight of the meal, featuring different cuts of beef, pork, lamb and chicken, cooked over charcoal and seasoned with herbs and spices. Cons: - The restaurant is not very cosy or elegant but rather has a simple and casual decor that resembles a fast-food joint. - The temperature inside the restaurant was quite high, which made it uncomfortable to eat the hot and heavy meat dishes. - The grilled meat platter was too large for two people, and some of the pieces were overcooked and dry. The variety of meat was also limited.
