The staff were great: informative and friendly. The food was excellent. We started with a delicious tapa with escargot and potatoes, which set a wonderful tone for the meal. We then shared two dishes: an octopus with chorizo and a green curry with chicken. Both were excellent. We finished with their take on a pavlova, a great finish to the meal. I will definitely return to Delta Sharing Food on our next visit to Paris.

To give you any bearing on whether this place is worth your time, I visited Delta on my own thinking it would be a gamble. In my own (clearly idiotic) head that something was "off" about all the wildly strong reviews this place has gained on Fork, Google, and TripAdvisor. I had such a nice time I brought my friend just two nights later because she HAD to experience it. The menu is daring, creative, and still approachable. Execution was divine. I had some of the best tartare I've had in years, delectable cocktails, and was shown (as many reviewers accurately reference) incredible hospitality. Rafa and his team are a step above. The warmth and welcome as a new, lone, guest managed to be a constant and genuine thread weaving my whole meal into an immensely positive experience. Paris is a city one can be overwhelmed by a multitude of incredible restaurants. But whenever I return to Paris, one night will be reserved for Delta. Thank you again to Rafa and the crew!
