Poor food quality. We ordered nachos and the quality was very poor. They were not happy in giving 50% off even though we booked with 50% off using the fork. The guy mentioned that we need to buy full price drinks to get 50% off and this was not mentioned while booking through the fork.

Thank you for your review. I can ensure you that this is not quite correct. We did not advise you that you could not have the discount & we did allow you to stay even though on our restaurant store front on the Fork app states that we require a drink to be purchased with booking.

first positives : good location right at olympic park, reasonable set out and the female (?manager?) was trying... bad points : we tried 4 different items from tacos to nachos to burritos - all were quite tasteless although quantity was good cleraly understaffed- manager apologised no less then 5 times- took well over an hour to get any food
