The food was absolutely delicious. The staff were all ver friendly & helpful. The decor was both very tasteful & the artefacts, paintings etc were interesting. Our only criticism would be that it was very easy to walk past it without realising this. However this might be because we were very busy chatting & it is only a small entrance. All in all, a wonderful experience.

Excellent location and restaurant decor is very good. Food portion size is on the small size considering the price paid. Presentation was good and taste was okay.

We went with another couple on Friday night. The food was awesome. So beautifully presented and packed full to the brim of flavour. Very generous portions. The veggie noodles and scotch fillet were to die for. Definitely order the pickled veg to start. Comes in the cutest jar. The decor, ambience and artwork were to drawer. Service was excellent Would definitely recommend. We’ll be back.

Fantastic food. Kingfish sashimi was particularly good as was the pork belly. Really like the renovation and decoration, it’s created a nice atmosphere compared to the previous incarnation. Will be going back very soon. This is Korean/Chinese fusion done right!

The food is tasty and of reasonable price especially with the fork discount. It is a nice restaurant with stylish decor. Worth a visit.

Excellent food. poor service. We had the feed me set menu with mud crab which was amazing, but the service was bad - they brought the last two dishes out when we were only halfway through the crab and they were cold before we started them. No refilling our water or asking if we wanted more drinks, no dessert offered. Our booking was at 8pm on a Saturday night but it was clear they wanted us to finish quickly so they could close the kitchen early. Amazing food but definitely disappointing service

Had the mud crab banquet with a table of 3, as did the table next to us with only two people. Our dishes arrived pretty much at the same time. Disappointingly the quantity of food that came out was equal between both tables despite us having (and paying for) an whole extra person. We did this on the fork 50% off special and very glad we didn’t pay full price as the the quality and quantity of food was absolutely not worth the usual $135 per person. The service was fantastic though, and the decor is great.

The restaurant is great and the food was delicious, however it was not enough for 2 people, and we were in three. Be careful when going for a set menu. It is unacceptable to charge a considerable amount for a set and leave the guests hungry. luckily we had the discount applied otherwise I would be a fair game.

Had the mud crab menu at half price & it was sensational. Black pepper sauce was nice & punchy on the crab with a good heat to it. Sashimi salad, duck pancakes, fried rice & Korean fried chicken were all very delicious too. Nice venue with friendly staff. Would happily have paid full price for the food.

The food was nice, as was the restaurant setting. We had booked for 8pm on Saturday night and got the 30% off with the fork offer. We entered the restaurant and mentioned our name and reservation and the nice head waitress offered us the seat in the window - the owner quickly said something to her and she offered us a table at the back . We said we would prefer window table and we were then allowed to sit there. At 10pm I received a message from the fork saying we hadn't showed up at the restaurant, and the owner brought us the bill - with no 30% taken off. We mentioned we had booked with the offer and the owner sulked off, brought us the corrected bill and handed over the card machine in silence. Upon leaving we said thank you just to get ignored again. So yes the serving staff were nice, as was the food. But the owner was very rude, and left us feeling awful as we left (maybe that's what he wanted). Im not sure why restaurants offer this offer, it does make the customer feel awkward when they have to mention it and get treat like second class people.

Read great reviews on eat.drink.play and was expecting quote "....20 Korean dishes influenced by owner Sammy Jeon’s home province, Jeollannam-do in South Korea, this menu is designed to be shared and is truly reminiscent of South Korea...." with something extra like a crab for the dearer set menu. What we ended up with was 5 Korean/Chinese fusion dishes, which included a delicious ????. Felt the course was somewhat not complete after the last dishes of fried rice and fried chicken with sauce. Maybe the dishes are changed for the 50% set menu, but either way, will not be going back.
