10/10The waiters were very helpful, we saw the meat pie in other tables and asked why it was not on the menu. The waiter explained that a large table next to us reserved the meat pies so they were not on the menu. After 2 minutes he came back with the news that there were 2 unclaimed meat pies if we wanted them! He was very thoughtful.

6.5/10Wasn’t super impressed - booked ages ago for a Sunday roast and by our booking time they’d run out. Other food options very limited. Service was very slow, food lukewarm by the time it got to us. However staff were nice and helpful

5/10We waited nearly an hour for our starters, had to ask if we had been missed. I could see the smoked salmon was ready on the server but not sure what happened to the prawns. My husband said the chicken schnitzel was tough and dry. My salmon and the fish and chips were ok though. Nothing outstanding just ok,

8/10food was served hot and well prepared on nice china plates. service was good. only problem was the 12% service charge was should be abolished don’t agree with it. i was going to tip anyway but its a complete joke

5/10Me and my fiance were really looking forward to arrange this place for a small lunch gathering after our marriage, however, as much as we were impressed by the ambience, the food was really disappointing. Almost nothing was right about any of the stuff we ordered.

5/10Arrived early, around 17h00. Didn’t have the Chicken Schnitzel that I wanted on the menu. Had to settle for Fish & Chips. Portions were small for price paid. Service charge was added to bill, even though the service wasn’t great. Felt a bit cheated. Was a special occasion for friend from Switzerland. Disappointed!

6.5/10The restaurant is nice, very lovely location. Unfortunately the service was slow, and I ordered the veggie Sunday roast and it was taste less and the cauliflower was not cooked well. In my opinion they should change recipe.

5/10Disappointing visit. No atmosphere, felt like a restaurant going out of business. Food very average pub grub with several items unavailable. Wine selection expensive. Coffee machine not working. Bill had to be sent back as booked discount not applied. On the plus side the staff were very welcoming.

5/10Very disappointed with menu selection - As no set on steak available and no chicken available we had a good day out as it was my birthday as I got Crohn's disease only That's because you'll only have a few foods Not happy as we could go anywhere for a burger and chips
