We’re extremely lucky that our hotel has its own Michelin starred restaurant, DINS Santi Taura. A gastronomic journey of 14 courses, showcasing Mallorcan cooking. And wow! Some genuine surprises. Each dish had its personal story and all were so packed full of flavour. Service was friendly, professional and on point and it was an honour that chef Santi served us a number of courses. A really top notch meal. One of the best. A ‘must-do’ if you’re visiting Palma and love food.

We have been really thrilled by the Avantgarde style of traditional local recipes. As we are food lovers and do cook ourselves quite sophisticated, we liked a lot the natural gourmet style w/o being a typical Michelin star kind of presentation. Wonderful service team and nice ambience.

Sitting at the Chef’s table was great. Food was really wonderful, we had the Baleriac wine flight as well. Surprisingly good wine (which we had not fully expected). Lovely and memorable experience! We benefited from chatting with lovely strangers too ☺️

I had mixed feelings. Some dish are so good (tuna, bread, pork) but some others are weird. The chef is trying to test new dish or new concept but not all of them are successful. However the service and the ambiance are excellent. The staffs pay attention to every small details, we really appreciated it.

This was one of the best meals I have ever had. The food was truly exceptional. Seasoned to perfection and the attention to detail in terms of flavours was incredible and a times utterly surprising. To say we were blown away is no exaggeration. We had the paired Mallorca wine then indulged in the Barcelona brandy… I would highly recommend the wine pairings. They were all stunning. Honestly cannot fault this place. Oh, and the service was superb. Attentive but not overly fussy. Outstanding experience.

The meal, excellent as usual, was a present to me from two friends who had never been to the restaurant before. We were greeted by Santi Taura himself and each course was delightful. All ingredients are from Mallorca itself or from the other Balearic Islands. We had wonderful local wine (not the wine pairings) advised by the sommelier. The evening was really enjoyable.
