Aunque este restaurante se encuentra ubicado dentro del hotel NH Collection Abascal, tiene personalidad propia. Domo ofrece una cocina contemporánea a base tapas tradicionales españolas, guisos, carnes y pescados de la máxima calidad, todo con el sello del chef Ángel Aylagas. Pero si por algo es famoso este restaurante, es por ‘The New Box’, el menú de tapas diseñado por Paco Roncero (dos estrellas Michelin) que traslada la esencia de su cocina a más de quince propuestas (verbena de croquetas, salmorejo con crema fresca de lima, tiradito de bacalao, pizza margarita, guiso de rabo de toro, burguer de vacuno…) que llegan servidas en una caja (great!).

The best service ever and the dishes are to die for!!! I 100% recommend the yakitori and the tataki. The desserts are all wonderful but we love the berries and violet ice cream.
