4/10The place is beautiful but the customer experience is bad and weak quality ( food and service). The welcome is not profissional and they don't kind the clients. I can not repeat....

Dear Madam. First of all we thank you for booking in our Restaurant. Regarding what you comment, we are sorry that your experience was not what your were expecting, we always try to have the best treatment with our clients. We have been serving our customers for more than 50 years and our staff is professional. You arrived with a dog and we informed you that dogs are not allowed, in fact we offered you the possibility of having dinner on our Bar Terrace at street level. It was Palm Sunday and we had quite a lot of staff. We don't know why, according to you, they didn't treat you well. With regard to the quality of the food, we are backed by years of experience and a multitude of awards obtained. We are sorry that it was not to your liking. Sincerely
