I booked in advance for a lunch with colleagues from abroad, got there only to wait 47 minutes for a chicken salad, waitress did not communicate why so I had to raise it and ask. Not good service, won't bother eating here again for work lunches!

The service stuff requires more professionalism. I had a diner all alone but they kept the second pair of silverware on the table so it seemed like I got stood up. I also wasn’t proposed some water during the whole meal while I had to wait 10 min for my beer and got a wrong size so I brought it back to the countertop. The waitress said she will change but 5 minutes later I gave up on waiting and asked for it another one.

I’ve just finished at Donnelly’s this restaurant is a hidden gem. The service was exceptional, and the vibes were perfect. My girlfriend and I stumbled upon it while exploring London Bridge and decided to try it out for lunch. I ordered the Vegan nduja & olive-stuffed aubergine with pesto, pine nuts, and pickled onions, and it was absolutely delicious! I will definitely be returning in the future big shout out to the lovely George our server.

Stumbled on this restaurant looking for somewhere close to London Bridge for dinner. The food was such good quality, my steak was perfectly cooked and my partner had the veg tart tatin which were fantastic. We sat in massive outdoor space which was lovely and staff were great, friendly and making sure we were looked after. Thanks for a wonderful meal and we’ll be back!

Took some clients for lunch and was really disappointed . Food was not good and service was average. Place was very empty and no ambience so hardly a way to impress my clients!

Disaster, if it hadn’t been for Ellis, it would have been an unmitigated disaster. Ok so the Fork got the timings of the kitchen opening wrong, I booked for a late lunch on Friday after work, and we got our table at 3:30pm only to be told the kitchen shut at 4pm, the Fork showed you could book a table up to 4:30pm! So we were rushed to order. The service was beyond a joke, having to shout across the restaurant to get the attention of the staff. When the ice cream van turned up outside (it was a hot day) all the staff rushed out to get an ice cream! Cutlery wasn’t replaced between courses and as mentioned trying to get service was impossible. The food was pretty mediocre, asparagus with a hard boiled egg plonked on top. Mussels in an insipid sauce. Hot smoked salmon salad in an overdressed salad with no hot smoked salmon!
