The food and service was excellent, but wine the paring is way to expensive ( 60 euro) When they only pour 6-7 Centiliter per Glas.

Lovely restaurant which is inside the Grand Melia hotel. Built on the site of any old palace. 2 options for degustation menu ( one had 2 additional courses). I chose the one with small number of courses which was right amount of food me. Wine pairing was optional but I would recommend it. The food was delightfully presented and delicious, worth its Michelin star

Restaurant setting was beautiful and the food was fantastic. However, the service was too rushed. We had to ask them to slow down, and heard another table do the same. Despite this they still proceeded to clear my wife's plate when I hadn't yet finished one of the earlier courses. Also, we were taking our time with the pre-desert to savour the evening and they came and moved them off our plates to serve dessert which I found incredibly rude.

This restaurant houses in a 5 star hotel and has the fame of star chefs but is to be avoided. It has been a long time since I ate so badly in Madrid. We had to opt for a set menu because à la carte was not available. The food was overcooked, dry and not creative at all. It felt like the kitchen warmed up dishes they received from another restaurant of the ‘star chefs’. The portions were very small for which we were happy at the end because not tasty. The service is below the standard (run by 2 young friendly kids). A very disappointing experience with a hefty bill of 230 euro for 2. There are so many good restaurants in Madrid…best to opt for other options.

Dos Hermanos restaurant was as I expected for this kind of restaurants. The ambiance, the service and the food quality is impecable. The only think that I dislike was the selection on the tasting menu. For me I found more sweets dishes than non sweets selection. I would preferred more vegetables-meat- fish dishes and less sweets- desserts dishes included in the tasting menu.

Impressive meal! We had the tasting menu with the wine pairing and everything was delicious. The service was great as well. Grab a drink with Arturo at the bar before dinner—his drinks are beyond good. Only note is the inconsistency of the pours and the pairing with the various courses. It could have been better thought out and executed despite each wine being delicious irrespective of the pairing. I would highly recommend Dos Cielos for a special night out.

It wasn’t particularly crowded. In fact one of the highlights of the night was watching the wait staff accommodate two precocious toddlers and their parents (handled with skill and grace. Food and service was excellent! Ordered the wine pairing and it was, again, excellent! Five stars all around!
