An absolutely stunning restaurant with every morsel a taste sensation. The food is so creatively prepared and the mix of ingredients just work! The service is highly professional and the explanations along with recommendations were exceptional. For such high quality food and service, this restaurant needs to also be Michelin! Book in advance to secure a table.

Great service. Good English. Interesting menu. Overall great execution . The oxtail mole was standout. Highly recommended.. Had a supercool bar downstairs with a proper bartender.

The place is nice and cozy.. the staff is very attentive and friendly. We were. Party of 4 so we ordered 4 starters and 2 main dishes to share. The starters were really good, we had the aubergine, the cherry tomatoes dish the leek dish and the squid. The main dishes however were not as good! We had the cod and the sheep.. both felt undercooked and unsavory

Una experiencia muy buena, el servicio excelente aconsejando en todo momento según tus gustos. Las manitas de cerdo con cigalas y lechuga de mar espectacular, también pedimos arroz con navajas, brioche con carabineros y calamares y todos los platos sorprenden por el contraste de sabores. El falso queso de chocolate blanco estaba muy bueno y con un sabor indescriptible. Enhorabuena ????????, repetiremos seguro ya que nos quedamos con ganas de probar más platos.

The food was very tasty and good ! But… Therefore at the beginning we had a waiter that didn’t know exactly how to to explain about the dishes and even worse about the wines. For example he didn’t know to tell us about the special dishes that the place is known for, there is a cream of mushrooms that we saw that all the tables ordered and that was after we finished our ordered . When I asked the send waitress what is it she said this is the flag of the kitchen , the most known dish. Our waiter didn’t even mention it. For the starters we ordered 3 and all of them (!!) came together in less then 10 minutes. That was a very bad experience for 115€ meal. For the wine I asked about the differences of the graves and I was specific for the red wine we wanted. The recommended steak- the waiter didn’t know to tell us what is the weight of the meat but he said it’s a big dish for two. Well, it wasn’t. It was maybe 200grams . That’s not a dish to share like he told us. We came for special event and got the feeling they treat us in super non profesional way.

I dined at DStage the night before and after such a terrific experience there, I was keen to try their diffusion restaurant. While intentionally at a different level and only à la carte rather that degustation, the food was still excellent and service was equally as good. Certainly recommend if looking for something more relaxed. BTW, great cocktails!

Todo lo que probamos fue exquisito. No pondría ni un pero a ningún plato. Cada cosa que probábamos nos sorprendía más. Cenamos muchísimo, nos tomamos un par de cervezas mientras esperábamos la cena y una botella de vino y salimos a 52€ cabeza.

The food was a delight to the eyes and to the taste buds. Staff made great recommendations that did not disappoint. Highly recommend. Do ask for the cocktail menu from the speakeasy bar downstairs for some interesting concoctions!

Hemos vuelto después de mucho tiempo, y la verdad es que nos ha sorprendido gratamente. Sobre todo, además de la comida, destacar la simpatía, amabilidad y profesionalidad de los camareros. Volveremos sin duda.
