This restaurant specialises in regionale historic cuisine.

Chef proudly prepared Etruscan recipes including starter Bogga (not 100% sure about the spelling) for us, wild boar carbonara with Tufulo Nero & Beef cheek in 30 herbs that melted in your mouth.

Price was reasonable, atmosphere was convivial & vibrant due to a large local food appreciation group.

Certainly recommend a visit here.
They take credit card but not Amex. Restaurant is air conditioned essential for summer months.

We went in for Easter lunch, which for for Italy is Sunday dinner. The menu was limited which we did not know when booking. (The menu was small to begin with). The gentlemen working, was super sweet and accommodating. My daughters wanted a coke to drink with dinner, but they did not have any. I believe the gentlemen went out and retrieved the two girls each a Fanta orange drink. Not what they were originally looking to have, but was above what we expected. (They would have drank water to be honest and been just fine). The actual food was ok. It great. The portion sizes even for my 10 year old daughter, left her hungry and not satisfied. Service was slow, which I accepted due to the holiday. Overall, I was not overly impressed with this restraurant.

Delicious Umbrian food in lovely setting! We especially enjoyed the homemade pasta with truffles & the pork cheeks with balsamic vinegar.
