Welcome was ok. neutral , not overly friendly. Table booked for 1900. Our waiter addressed us in dutch and did not speak english or german. Order places abput 1915. The starter was ok and came after 15 mins. not fantastic. we had the crab and avocado. Bit bland typical hotel food. we said we would share, but no extra plate offered. The main course had not arrived by 2035, in apite of severa requests ans obseevations that ither guests with the same order were being served. I 2040 I asked for the bill, because by the. we were over it! Thw food came a few mins altee but we paid and left. No apology at any time. at own time the other waitress blamed it on her coleague who had seemingly forgotten to order our food. Don’t eat here, way better more authentic places. After we left we had our third meal at Lamme Goedzak which was great as usual!

I had dinner here with a friend, a “two for one” deal. Starter was a shared starter which was average, a bit flat on spices. The stake from the Josper grill was great! That made a huge difference. Especially because the chocolate desert lagged chocolate... all in all a bit of a disappointment, taken into account that our bill was € 85 (including wine and coffee). Service was great!

Love the interior and the atmosphere.

Service was excellent. Food was presented beautifully. Excellent atmosphere. Very happy and will certainly return. The outside of the hotel looks very dated but the restaurant is beautifully appointed.

Yesterday we had dinner al Dylans in the Alexander hotel in Noordwijk. What a great restaurant. The new interior looks chique and modern. It feels that you are in New York. The staff is so friendly and helpful. We tried the beef in salt crest which is normally done with fish. The beef was so soft and tasteful. The chef knows what he is doing. If they would restyle the entrance of the hotel along with the current interior it would be even more attractive. You do not expect this restaurant from the outside.
