Excellent food. Bit long wait for food. Service somewhat slow. Dishes creative and fresh. Bream fish baked in salt excellent, with freshly made quiche that was really good, the dough was not your typical greasy (or buttery) kind, but more bread like that was really good. Sole tasted great, although it included leak or asparagus (not sure) that couldn’t be cut or chewed, this was odd. The bavette was perfect. Starters also delicious: carpaccio with freshly cut meat at the correct temperature (not too cold), not the tasteless frozen stuff often served. Fried fois-gras also perfect. Both a bit salty, but having said that delicious sea salt flakes. Amuse with salmon perfectly fresh. The Italian wine recommended on the first page of the wine list a delight. All in all a perfect evening, I would highly recommend enjoying food far far above average.
