      Service is very attentive. Ambience is perfect, a hidden gem in Geneva!

      I enjoyed myself, but found the prices too high. The quality and service even though nouvelle cuisine tends to be pricy, even fo Geneva standards it was over the top.. Nonetheless I the experience was lovely.

      The food was good, lots of choice. The buffet is set in a corridor so it gets a bit crowded and difficult to pass by people if it is busy.

      Excellent! The food was delicious! I had the EastWest express menu (entée : wonderful smoked salmon, plat. beautiful fish and cafe gourmand) . I even had an extra coffe offered by the house.
      Service is excellence and place really nice. A real gem in the middle of the Paquis!

      This was the 3rd time our group has had lunch at Eastwest Hotel and it has been excellent each time. Great food, great service and the venue is top class.

      I had been to Sunday brunch at the EastWest hotel, and liked it, but had not had lunch on a week day before. The daily offer was very reasonably priced and turned out to be a great dish of cod accompanied by tiny roasted potatoes and a purée that tasted mainly of peas. There was a light appetizer of sweet chili flavored shrimp ravioli, and we could not resist having a "cafe gourmand" for dessert, with four tiny mini desserts accompanying the expression (most had some chocolate). It was a great balance between traditional and creative cuisine, ideal size portions and the setting and service were great, we were able to eat in the small inside (quiet!) terrace. The price seemed very reasonable for Geneva, the daily menu was less than 40 francs. The cafe gourmand, at 9 francs is more typical of Geneva prices, but overall great value for money by local standards and it was a lovely meal... Wish I had thought of trying it earlier!!

      Generally the atmosphere and service is very good. The menu is contemporary and interesting and the food is very well presented. However the major diappointment was the quality of the food - e.g the octopus carpaccio was bland and tough and although the lamb was tender it was over-powered by the richness of the vegetable mash. However, the desserts were good.
