10/10Fantastic menu, I highly recommend all of the Gyozas and rolls. Excellent customer service and very easy to get to if you are staying in Vienna. They can handle individuals and groups.

10/10Perfect place in terms of food and service, very tasty and friendly, and not far from city attractions. I really like the food, both sushi and non-sushi, we ordered a great variety of everything and all the dishes were delicious.

6/10The service was not good, the waitresses were on their phones the whole time and had the AirPods in. If you didn’t call them to come they wouldn’t come to check for anything for around 2h. It’s a shame because the food was good

8.5/10Starter - spring rolls. Unfortunately the quality and size like from the noodle stand or the one which you get gratis to „Mittagsmenu”. Very dissapointing. Main dish - veggie mix was very good and good quality, however the price is definitely way to high. Service - super friendly.

9/10Great food and great casual restaurant which the whole family like going to. Service is quick but could definitely be more friendly. A note about the tea, it should either be served in a bigger teacup or they should reduce the amount in the teabag. It was far too strong to enjoy .

10/10Different than thought … I was under the impression that EBI only serves “all u can eat” menus but surprisingly they had a nice choice of dishes that where very exclusive and excellent. Service was polite and fast as well!

8.5/10Top. Super! Service is customer-oriented, competent and friendly. Quality of food is high. NO adds like gluten! Tables are always cleaned after customer has gone. OUtside sitting (on a street)!

10/10Very friendly waitresses. The food was excellent and the ambience very nice with an opportunity to sit outdoors on a sunny day. I loved how crispy the gyoza was, delicious!
