En pleno casco antiguo de Sevilla y justo al lado de la Giralda y la Catedral, se encuentra el Restaurante Egaña Santo, santo y seña de la buena cocina tradicional, con pinceladas de vanguardia, hecha con mimo y arte aunando la siempre tradición sevillana de tapear en la barra con productos de primera. Si lo que buscas es comer sentado y relajado lo podrás hacer en el comedor principal o el privado, donde disfrutarás las vistas de las termas romanas bajo tus pies a través de un suelo acristalado.

Al frente de los fogones se encuentra el chef José Mari Egaña, cuarta generación de cocineros vascos y afincado desde hace más de 30 años en Sevilla, que ofrece una carta basada en pescados y productos de temporada donde lo principal es la calidad en la materia prima.

Disponen de una privilegiada terraza a los pies de la Giralda, un lugar único para disfrutar de la siempre mágica Sevilla con el inconfundible acento que siempre pone la familia Egaña a todo lo que hace, acompañado de una cocina de alta calidad.

We were given a 40% off coupon which not only did we not get, but we were charged 71.00 euros for sea bream for two. We actually got snapper. All in all the restaurant was excellent. Ask for price before ordering and if you have a coupon you must make sure they honor it.

Just had lunch with friends at the restaurant, we had a lovely lunch, very good service and definitely value for money. Would highly recommend and we intend to go back again this week.
