Disfruta y ¡no te cortes!

INSIDER tip

Good and expensive food
But the service quality cannot compare
The service is not worth
We wait 10 minutes before we got the menu
Not to mention we need to ask for the menu
Although the food is not bad, I won’t be there one more time

Could not get our order straight despite lots of help. Got the wrong paella after carefully going over with them in Spanish and then got the wrong steak when they tried to fix it. And got charged for bread service when they were out of bread. It was a real 3 ring circus. Been two weeks in Spain and for sure the worst meal we had.

The food is absolutely fantastic!
Nevertheless, the staff should be more fluent in English and the generał service in my opinion should be a little bit higher.

Welcoming was nice but service throughout the meal was lacking. Once the wine was brought, out, never saw them again except to bring out the meal ( which was delicious).

We found this restaurant on Trip Advisor and were able to get table immediately. Maitre ‘D was warm, welcoming, helpful and spoke English.
We shared a starter salad, excellent. The bread, integral, was divine, more like a fruit loaf. Then a paella which was very good except the prawns on top were tasteless.

Sophisticated and elegant, yet very comfortable dining area. Service was attentive but not overly bothersome. Food was well prepared, tasty. Will return.

Fresh seafood, excellent wine list. Service slightly hit and miss due to lack of knowledge of English and one particular waiter being dismissive.

This is a lovely restaurant with very attentive staff. We went there based on Trip Advisor reviews and were not disappointed. The location was great and the interior was very attractive. We received amazing service and were even complimented with free tastings. Me and my friend shared grilled asparagus, the green salad and paella. We had big goblets of sangria as well. The food and drink was the best we had had in Madrid.
