El restaurante El Barril de las Cortes es un espacio gastronómico que emerge en el centro de Madrid, en la Carrera de San Jerónimo, y que se erige en un templo de culto a las virtudes de la gastronomía nacional.
Cocina abierta todo el día.

Para hacer efectiva su misión culinaria, el restaurante El Barril de las Cortes se sustenta con productos de máxima calidad. El marisco gallego y la magistral elaboración de arroces son cualidades diferenciales en una carta que cuenta con Ostras gallegas, Jamón ibérico y Alcachofas a la brasa como entrantes. Arroz marinero, Lenguado a la plancha y Lubina a la sal esperan su turno entre los principales.

Outstanding in every way. Great food, beautiful setting, and attentive but unobtrusive service. Wonderful wine list with knowledgeable waiters. The manager is actively involved in the service and was very charming and kind.

What a wonderful lunch in a gem of a restaurant! I had the croquettes, and the grilled calamari. It was a divine meal accompanied by a fresh sangria and welcoming smiles (the staff even helped me lug my suitcase up a flight of stairs and stored it for me). Thank you!

Bad experience at an otherwise good restaurant chain.

The grilled tuna sashimi had lots of nerves and was cut in coarse way.

The sea bass was uncooked and had to be returned.

Sitting at the bar area, the waiters hardly came and had to keep waiving for them.
