I had a booking made, and had advised this to many of the security guards , but was still made to wait in the lines. We then got moved from one line to another then out of the line then back into another. When we arrived at the restaurant we saw a table free but was still made to wait. When we finally were seated we were seated on that table that had been free the whole time we were waiting. I also was told by security that my booking didn’t matter and there had been people (without bookings) that had been waiting longer then I had. Although we were very happy with the quality of the food and drinks, just disappointed in the service when we arrived. We were seated 20min after our original booking time

Was way too loud, had to ask several servers for one item, food took over 20 mins to arrive as well as drinks and by the time it got to our table it was either melted or cold

This restaurant is for 18 year olds. My group was way out of place. And the service was dreadful. The order was serviced four times before the correct items wer delivered. This applied both to the food and to the drinks. It became amusing but reflects badly on the restaurant. Also we had to queue to enter - twice. I won't ever go back.

Food was super yummy, but everything was ordered through the app which was a little clunky for the Taco Tuesday deal. You had to order 5 tacos with your drink, the app wouldn't let you order less and the staff didn't know how to solve the issue. Otherwise it was great.

Lovely service by a colombian waiter but sorry to say the tacos were taco bell quality really disappointing and they looked dirty not clean crisp ingredients mot recommended at all

Everything was terrible. We were down in the basement. It smelt. Food ordering was via an app that needed wifi that didn’t work in the basement. You had to tap and order and pay to get your food as you go. We had our order all ready to go via the app and the wifi dropped out. You couldn’t ask any questions about the food before you ordered. We couldn’t wait to get out for some fresh air.

I booked through the fork and I thought I was booking for Manly which is why we were a no show at the rocks. We did enjoy the manly restaurant. Sorry for the mix up

I did tell someone on the night, where we sat at table 635 we kept getting a very unpleasant toilet smell. I think the people on the table next to us moved because of it, I wish we had too, as that was the only thing that was disappointing, we loved the food, drinks and service.

Terrible food. Not close to good Mexican I have had. Service was horrible even though I had a booking. Took 45 minutes for our food to come out. Definitely not worth the trip to the city and the hype.

We went for taco Tuesday, the first member of staff was friendly and helpful. When we received our tacos we noticed the fish was raw after already eating half! We gave the raw fish taco to a member of staff who came back to say they will send out a new one cooked we explained we had already eat two and a half and no longer felt like eating or drinking. She seemed to be very dismissive and explained they would only refund us food and we just needed to be sick if we felt sick. We then asked to speak with a manger who did refund all food and drinks as we no longer felt like drinking. I am very disappointed as I love el Camino normally but no longer feel I could trust there food!

All was good. Would love to go back. But it should be made clear how long your booking is prior to arrival. We did not know it would only be a short time until we got kicked out of our seats

el camino has great fun food to share. Our problem in our group of 6 was the ordering .... Ordering in a group where we are all sharing and paying for it on line is extremely difficult in a group.. I understand covid rules but why cant somebody..a human take an order. I will not go back there again. The restaurant had more staff than patrons who were all kissing and cuddling as they arrived and left..yet they cant take an order ???? poor effort

The overall atmosphere of the place is really good and I did enjoy that, however it was dissapointing as we had to wait over an hour for Tacos. We told about 5 different staff and they said they will let the resturant know however we were left waiting as nothing happened. Eventually we got hold of one staff member who put our order through once again, and then realised we still hadn’t got our order 15 minutes later. He followed up on it and gave us all a free shot. Additionally I could not eat one of my tacos as it was burnt tortilla and black and crispy. Overall the wait was a joke, food below average and I would recommend going to another place. Very disappointing

The staff was very good but the food wasn’t worth $59 at all it was too small the photo didn’t match what we saw when we ordered our food, we were still hungry when we left the place we went and had food else where which was much cheaper and well enjoyable.
