Very unique flavor profiles. The tartare on the rock salt was to die for. Service was excellent and the head chef was very personable. Would recommend for a very special occasion. The tasting menu is 150 pp plus 50 for the wine pairing.

Book the chef’s table. What a view! And we had two visits with Lorenzo Cogo, a remarkably talented young man.

Having dinner at El Coq was one of our best experiences during our holidays in Italy. We contacted the restaurant in advance to let them know we are vegetarians and they kindly accepted to adapt the menu for us. The result far exceeded our expectations: the young chef, who met us at the end of the meal, was not only extraordinarily creative but also managed to make even the most basic ingredients look and taste unique and special! This is haute cuisine of a very high level, and I would recommend it without a moment's hesitation.

Fantastic restaurant. Special Combination of Italian with Eastern and Spanish influence. We really liked it and very much appreciated the wine choices of the sommelier. A well deserv d michelin star and worth the visit!

Excellent food and attentive service, we dined at 19:30 so of course there were no locals at that time. The flavours were varied and subtle, with a large number of extras. We ordered from the ‘a la carte’ menu and a glass of local wine.
The whole meal was excellent and outstanding value at €150 for the two of us.

When you are in Vicenza - go, don’t hesitate. We met the charming head chef afterwards.
