The service - there was plenty of staff but they didn’t bring bread. We had to ask for it. They need reminding about my drink 3 times and reminding twice to bring Tabasco for our oysters which we started eating as it was taking so long.

I brought my boyfriend here as a treat for his birthday. I found this place when I was doing some research online . It exceeded every expectation we had. The setting was beautiful, the food was delicious and service outstanding! A special thank you to Jordan for being so friendly and making our evening so special! He also brought out a surprise birthday desert! Cannot recommend enough! Gracias !

We really enjoyed it .. one bit of feedback would be to have something my child with allergies could have other than a sorbet or fruit salad .. all of your chocolate products contain nuts which he can’t have !! It’s nice to be able for him as an excited 5 year old to have a nice treat too !! Otherwise excellent !! Thank you

It’s the restaurant inside Ritz Carlton Hotel, you can enter the hotel freely and the staff was surprisingly welcoming considering we were not a “hotel guest”. They allowed us to take a tour inside and take pictures. To be honest we went there to see the hotel not specifically for the restaurant. The food was good but nothing special for the prices. Although portion sizes were quite satisfactory! The ambiance is amazing but again it’s only worth it if you’re an Instagram girlie or have a budget to spend around! From the restaurant you can also walk to the beach Abama (10 min walk max) there are stairs for the public and a cable car for the hotel guests.

We went to El Mirador to celebrate wedding anniversary. Very beautiful, classy place. The food was great and the staff was absolutely amazing. We definitely recommend.

Beautiful setting and views. Food and service was good. Our table initially had no shade from blistering afternoon sun and we would have appreciated offer of an umbrella earlier during dining experience as we didnt realise the umbrellas were easily moved.
