At El Qatarijne they've thought about everything. The wooden floors, vintage interior and yet modern. It is always magical what appears on the black plates- balanced flavours east meets west. The menus are created based on French cooking techniques and the Ajurvedic five elements theory, ingredients from the Asian, Mesopotamic and Ottomanian cuisine. This can't be described in words..
