We looked for a restaurant with an authentic feel for our first day in Spain, a restaurant where we could relax and enjoy local cuisine made with care and attention to every detail. We were so happy with our choice! El Redebal Bistro had excellent ambiance where the owner and his staff attended to your every need and really cared about your experience. The food was excellent! We had the Castillian soup, cod, and suckling pig, which were all amazing. The traditional dessert was incredible (and I am usually not a big fan of custard desserts so that is really saying something). The menu of the day was a huge bargain with the generous portions and wine included. My whole family would highly recommend this as the first choice when visiting Segovia.

A wonderful experience! The ambience off of the main street makes it a very pleasant dining experience. We enjoyed a few different dishes as well as the traditional menu of the day. The suckling pig was delicious and the carrot, apple and coconut soup was absolutely incredible. I would 100% recommended and go again when I am in the area.

Hemos estado muy agusto en la terraza, el servicio excelente, muy atentos y la comida muy buena. El menú merece la pena. Fuimos 2 parejas y pedimos de primeros: judías muy ricas, bacalao, gazpacho y ensalada. Segundos, 2 cochinillos (muy bueno), entrecot y bacalao. Postres: 2 yogurt con frutos del bosque y 2 ponches segovianos (no se cuál me gustó más) y cafés. Repetiría sin duda
