10/10Their set lunch got the Segovia soup, suckling pig, which cover the 2 special food in the area and cheaper than order alone. Food is tasty.

9.5/10El Redebal is down a side street from the main drag. It has a large sunlit inside and a terrace. The service is excellent with the owner and waiter both handling English well. The dishes are really innovative. Ine day I had the 19euro lunch - segovian salad, duck knuckle and Greek yoghurt, and the next day I had to go back and had fried artichoke then puff pastry with suckling pig and mushrooms. El Redebal is different to all the other restaurants I went to in Segovia and I would definitely return. Highly recommended.

10/10We looked for a restaurant with an authentic feel for our first day in Spain, a restaurant where we could relax and enjoy local cuisine made with care and attention to every detail. We were so happy with our choice! El Redebal Bistro had excellent ambiance where the owner and his staff attended to your every need and really cared about your experience. The food was excellent! We had the Castillian soup, cod, and suckling pig, which were all amazing. The traditional dessert was incredible (and I am usually not a big fan of custard desserts so that is really saying something). The menu of the day was a huge bargain with the generous portions and wine included. My whole family would highly recommend this as the first choice when visiting Segovia.

10/10A wonderful experience! The ambience off of the main street makes it a very pleasant dining experience. We enjoyed a few different dishes as well as the traditional menu of the day. The suckling pig was delicious and the carrot, apple and coconut soup was absolutely incredible. I would 100% recommended and go again when I am in the area.

10/10Wow. What a meal. We started with pork in puff pastry. Half were hot with mushrooms and the others were pickled. Amazing. Roasted artichokes on mashed potatoes. Then we got beef, veal and my son got kangaroo. Everything was fantastic. Ended with Violet ice cream.

8/10Pretty good restaurant, albeit not incredible. The menu was tasty, plenty at a very good pricepoint. The desserts were also quite good. The food was good, but the rating on the fork and TripAdvisor led me to believe that it would be something more gourmet. Don't get me wrong though, the food was definitely good. There was one other letdown, the vegetarian options were a bit lacking. TripAdvisor said this restaurant was one of the most vegetarian friendly restaurants of Segovia, but I doubt that. Furthermore, the staff was really friendly and helpful. Also, the place looked nice.
