10/10When we decided to return to Las Palmas for a second year, we immediately booked El Santo for dinner on two nights during our stay, having such good memories of eating there last year. The food continues to be imaginative and really excites the tastebuds. It is beautifully presented and the flavours are quite unique. Don’t leave without trying the desserts!

10/10Loved the menu and quality of ingredients. We shared four dishes between two with a bottle of wine, which came to around €120. It was a Wednesday in early Feb and although we were the first to arrive at 8pm, the restaurant soon filled up mixed with couples and parties of four. Loved the steak tartar, which was delicious spiced and the 5J pork dish, although there simply wasn’t enough of that for two. Great place for a treat meal or special ocassion.

10/10Very relaxing afternoon eating delicious food and drinking lovely white wine (wine recommended by the waiter).. Highlight was the steak tartar. Seems best to order desserts at the same time as ordering main courses as the table seemed to be allocated for a 2 hour period, with the kitchen timing for all food to be served in the 2 hour window.

7.5/10The food was really good and prices reasonable. Portion siges for us were fine. We had three course that we scared and a dessert each. The porc risotto and chickpeas with lamb super tasty. Unfortunately, we had to wait more than 30 min before ordering and that was incl. drinks. But would definitely recommend El Santo.

10/10Perfect restaurant. Food quality, portion size, service and ambience are amazing. Wine: whites are great, red is somewhat thin in choice. Other than that a truly super experience!

8.5/10We were in several times, but at this time, we missed the explanation when the waiter/waitress came to service our plates, and they never explained to us them. On the other occasions, the other waitress did. We think that it is very important because the chef works for hours to do it, and they don't value her/his job.

10/10It’s all about the food. The best risotto I have ever tasted and the sundried tomatoes dish was probably one of the best I’ve ever had. Beautiful restaurant with competent staff. All 5 shared dishes were fantastic and even the wine was superb. A must visit restaurant for all food lovers.
