Traditional Spanish restaurant of high quality in a village just outside Madrid. Good choice of both food and drinks. Good service levels. Went with a celiac and order a large sea bass oven baked in salt a week before. Chef keen to show me the fish as we entered the restaurant and it was fantastic - great flavour and cooked perfectly. A place to repeat.
