As always Davy's wine bars are great bars in great locations with very good wines always on offer...however to receive good feedback after a visit everything has to be near perfect ....regretfully on this occasion this was not possible....whilst the bar was more or less empty; staff seemed to be elsewhere when you wanted rather than in "serving mode" it took ages to place food order (advice was good however) and repeat bottles of drink had to be requested in place of being suggested and offered by the staff. All in All a lackluster visit !

Looked lovely ... old English style. Meeting family who were going abroad. Service OK only one other table. Cheese board so over priced, stale bread !! First glass house red been aired sometime... second glass improved. Tapas dishes awful, small portions and expensive. Worst tapas I've ever had... I'm 60+ Avoid

No atmosphere, expensive, decent wines, limited menu, cold chips, not a place I would return to. Just lack luster, under frequented, another victim as two years ago this place was packed and sold decent food at a reasonable price

This restaurant was an excellent find. Close to Blackfriars station north side. Food excellent. Ambience good due to outside work and drilling which didn’t detract too much. The management did however recognise this and reacted brilliantly
