The price quality ratio was not there. We had equally good dinners for 1/3 of the price elsewhere in Lisbon, and equivalently priced meal in Porto the what a whole other level of quality in terms of service and creativity in the meal. The meat qualiyy was great in the main dish, but the accompaniment was not surprising (tempura vegetable) and the miso eggplant was severely undercooked and rubbery. When paying such a price for a meal one would expect everything to be beyond perfect, including the service. I waited for a whole course for my wine glass to be filled and has to ask for it to be filled as they were serving the next course.

The presentation and quality of the food was superb. We had the tasting menu, and the flavours of each dish were sublime. The person attending to our drinks/wine was excellent, always on top of providing what we needed, but we often had to look for the waiter, and even when we got his attention, he would put off coming to us. At the end of the evening it took over an hour for someone to check in to see if we even wanted an after dinner drink or the cheque - we were one of 3 parties efr in the restaurant, no excuse. Disappointing service for a Michelin restaurant, taking away from the overall experience.

We had a wonderful experience at Eleven. The food was beyond our imagination and the service and atmosphere were both impeccable. We would not hesitate going back to eleven next time we are in Lisbon.

Firstly, the food was amazing, as you would expect from a Michelin starred restaurant however, that is probably about it. We arrived at 1pm for Lunchtime service and shown the lunch set menu. There was no attempt to offer us the tasting menu options but as we knew we were going to have the tasting menu beforehand, we subsequently had to requested this! The waitress who took our wine order was not the sommelier & knew very little about the wine we had chosen so was unable to provide any advice and once opened was very slow refilling our glasses, bearing in mind there were only 4 other guests in the restaurant that afternoon. As I say, the food was amazing & we ordered a second bottle of wine. Sadly, towards the end of our lunch (the time was now 3pm), all the staff were now standing around in the restaurant chatting amongst themselves and making us feel as though we had outstayed our welcome so we decided to pay the bill (including a tip for the staff) and leave without finishing our wine! We live in London and enjoy dining in similar restaurants regularly and rarely do I write a poor review however, in this instance, I would recommend anyone thinking of going to a fine dining restaurant in Lisbon either expect poor service or go to one of the many other Michelin starred restaurants Lisbon has to offer. Sorry Eleven, must try harder!

The food at Eleven is excellent as always, not just great in taste but also presentation. The internal decoration is great as well, but I find that the Parque facing large glass pane is a bit dirty, not that it ruins the view (which was a huge selling point for me) but I feel it could really do with a good clean.

This restaurant was spectacular. The outside of the restaurant is a little deceiving as it is very modest and looks like is in the middle of a community park. The service, the food, the wine pairing were just astonishing. We did the traditional Eleven menu and wine pairing and couldn't have been happier.

This was the single most disappointing restaurant meal that I can remember. Each course was mediocre at best and some were inedible. Courses alternated between being bland or overly salty. No amount of cheap caviar can compensate a poorly conceived or executed dish. The squid ceviche was indistinguishable from rice. The crab salad bland and slightly fishy. As for the red mullet course, I could not get past the slimy texture and fishy smell to taste it, inedible. The rack of lamb was fatty, served raw and chewy. Basically inedible. On this trip we ate at other michelin star restaurants in both France and Spain and they lived up to the star. At any price, this meal was bad, at 170 euro pp this was completely unacceptable. This was especially disappointing when all of the other meals we had in portugal for a fraction of the cost were among the best of the trip. Lastly we were not even able to enjoy the proclaimed view as the interior lighting was to bright and the floor to ceiling windows were filthy.

We expected a star rated restaurant. We got a lot more: this was only the second star michelin restaurant where the wine pairing was perfect. And where in all its subtleties it was a great experience.

Website mentions a la carte menu and the restaurant upon visiting only has the per person menu. Was a little disappointed because ended up paying more than 400€ for two people.

We went with great expectations but we were thoroughly disappointed. In general the service was sub-par but more importantly the food was too! Most of the dishes had more salt than necessary including the king crab which otherwise was quite tasty! The wagyu beef was nice again but for the salt! The cheese platter was blah - nothing unique...neither the presentation nor the taste! Overall our party of four left unhappy!

Such a lovely change of pace, compared to the congested summer streets of Lisbon. Ambience, tasting menu and the wine supplement are all top notch!
