This is a nice place that is clean and easily reachable by car. The kids loved the food and enjoyed the experience of eating with their bare hands. I will definitely be returning!"

We were at the restaurant at 19:30 - I had made a reservation via the fork. But when I arrived there the restaurant hasn’t had received the reservation via the fork they said. Whereas I got a confirmation email - but we gave it a shot anyways. But coming at 19:30 and at 21:15 (!) still waiting for the main course to come was really an unpleasant experience. Food came then after 2 (!) hours!

Hospitality was on point. The food was deliscious. And the traditional coffee at the end with the pocorn & fireworks for the birthday person at our table was excellent. This is a hidden gem in Antwerp. And I Want more people to explore the eritrean & ethiopian kitchen of Elsie.

Wonderful service & food. It’s a whole experience. Cozy atmosphere. Close to necessary transportation. I would also recommend their homemade traditional alcohol drink & tea with cardamom. Will definitely come back!

This was the second time I came there. The services were always nice and amazing and the quality of the food is beyond question and that’s the reason why I keep coming back. Only in the second visit I was a bit disappointed with the tine between order and when the foods finally came. It took us an hour and another half an hour for ordering 3 coffees. Could be improved for sure. But quality wise, I would always love to come back here anytime soon.
