5/10When we arrived the first thing we were asked was how many poppadoms we wanted. No menus no drinks. Had to ask twice for menus. No water offered. The value of the food unfortunately is not worth what we paid and I find it so u professional and rude when you see waiters playing on their phones in front of you. Making it obvious you want to go home. To pay the money we paid I expect a better service and better professionalism

Firstly i would like to apologise for not having the best experience at our establishment, as it is very important to us that all our clients experience the usual high standards we provide at the Emperor. I would like to explain that upon arrival and after seating, all our clients are given the drinks and wine list and asked if they would like any Papadums and drinks. We usually give them a few minutes to decide on the drinks while the papadums are served. In your case this system was followed. Apologies if no water for the table was asked as most customers request it to the staff if they want it. We usually bring the menus to the table after a few minutes,, letting our clients enjoy their papadums with their drinks as they are chatting. Regarding a staff member looking at his mobile phone, that is strictly prohibited by the company, so we will look into that again and up date all staff members, so it does not happen again.
