We were there for a wine tasting. Me and my wife chose one called "Italy north to south" and one "great Italian wines". Surprisingly, when our wines arrived, we received no information on the wines/region/producer.Not exactly what you would expect in a wine tasting... After the "tasting" I told them that I wanted to buy some wines to take back home with me, and they told me to go downstairs to the wine cellar. 30 minutes passed no one appeared. Disappointing

We booked this Enoteca on our first full day in Florence for our lunch between a morning excursion to the Academia and the Uffezi Gallery in the afternoon, we spent a couple of hours relaxing in the quaint establishment with fine food and fine wine, we experienced the wine tasting first with my wife opting for the white while I savoured the reds, all wines where exceptional, we then opted for a bottle of white to share and this was exquisite, we had the sharing board of meats and crudities and also a salad with mixed fruit and cheese, both were beautifully presented and thoroughly enjoyed, will definitely return on our next visit .

The place was ok but the food was disappointing. We order a variety of cheeses and meats for two and it was very very small. It costs 28€ and it has only two types of cheeses and three types of meats. It is expensive for what you get. Not value for money at all. At least the local wine costs only 5€ per glass.

this place is a great find. i don't think i've ever seen such a huge variety of wines and spirits in one place. the staff really know their wines and explain each of your choices to you. really nice meet and cheese board to accompany the wines. the place has a great atmosphere, almost like no one really knows it is there! would recommend for wine lovers who want to sample some Italian wine while nibbling on local meats and cheeses

The restaurant has no hot disches. It is a vine bar close to a food store. But I liked the mood, vine and food.
