6.5/10The main meal was good, but the vegetables seemed like they were previously frozen. I didn’t like them at all. It also took almost a half hour for them to figure out how to give us the Fork discount which was not good. We were tired and ready to go back to our hotel. We had to wait for a long time to get our bill.

10/10Absolutely superb. Ambience is amazing looking out over the sea, food is delicious and the service is super friendly and very efficient. One of the best restaurants in Funchal.

10/10Thank you for hosting our birthday dinner. The fish meal was absolutely delicious and the cocktails looked and tasted nice. The ambience is exceptional, especially the views and renditions playing in the background. There are endless photo opportunities. We have since r recommended it to others and we most certainly will visit again.

10/10We received a warm welcome and wee quickly seated on a lively wooden terrace overlooking a pretty garden and the sea. The drinks were served promptly by the lovely Petra and then she ushered us in to our table. The squid and chicken were so tender and tasty. Petra ensured we were happy with our meal and kept the drinks flowing! A great evening and highly recommend this very special venue and staff.

9.5/10Beautiful setting with wide oceanview if you go before sunset, which we did. Had prawns, octopus main course, daily fish. Everything was superbly presented and delicious. Obrigada Enseada!

10/10The location is very lovely with great sea views and hidden away. Very good staff with happy attitude and lovely menu. Tables are in a line across wide sea facing veranda. They are rather too close in our opinion. In low season when we visited they could be spaced further apart. Low season limited opening hours so check.

10/10I am not easy to please...but this place took me and my family on ride! The service was out this world, world class 100%. The food was not just good, it was great. We shared a plate of cheese and charcuterie and it was very generous. Two of us had the sirloin with potatoes and I had the "Gringa and piscos" and it was really great! We stayed for 4 hours enjoying the top notch service, food, wine and after that some drinks and had a more than a perfect evening with a live-band fulfilling the night. This place is not like any other restaurants in the neighbourhood- this is a place with ambitions - AND they live up to it 100% We will be back tomorrow ❤️

9/10Beautiful setting, good drinks menu and the risottos we had were also very enjoyable. Service was a bit slow and they came back to re-confirm our order 3 times… More options for vegetarians would be highly appreciated. Overall a pleasant visit, we will be coming back.

10/10My husband and I accidentally discovered this restaurant and were very pleasantly surprised — the food was incredibly delicious. A beautiful view of the ocean, a cozy open veranda, friendly and attentive staff — what more could you need for an enjoyable evening? I highly recommend this place!
