    Found a piece of gray hair baked into their house made bread during the cheese course. I discovered it as I was about to bite into the piece. I showed the piece to one of the waitstaff. He didn’t even apologize or acknowledged; only thing he did was take the left over bread and bring out a new loaf of bread. By that time, I was grossed out by it, so I stopped eating the rest of the cheeses. This is a 3 Michelin star restaurant. I go out to fine dining often, it is a shame to see the lack of of cleanness but also no apology or acknowledgment from the staff regarding finding hair in the food. Additionally, an older, lead waitstaff sort of made fun of a newer, younger black waitstaff in front of us. We felt so uncomfortable that we began to defend him for making rude comments in front of us. It’s extremely unprofessional for the lead to be little a new employee in front of customers. I’d expect more from this caliber of the restaurant; not sure if I’d recommend this place as there are plenty of Michelin star restaurants in Paris Other than that, great food and good service.

    Wonderful experience….. dining / lunching for the 3rd time in this restaurant… Great service , excellent cuisine at it’s finest . Felt a bit busy to though but overall worth every second . Hope to be back soon *****

    From the moment we entered Le Bristol until the moment we left, the staff were friendly and accommodating of every request and anticipated many that we would not have otherwise made. This is a special experience and deserves the highest praise for creating such an interesting culinary and service experience.

    편안하고 좋은 식사 미슐랭을 좋아 하시면 추천합니다 일본인 서버분이 정말 친절했음니다 항상 프랑스에오면 가보고싶은곳 셰프님과 사진을 찍고싶었으나 ㅠㅠ 실패 아쉬워서 다음에 한번더 방문할생각입니다 다른 분들과 같이와도 좋은곳이며 언제든지 추천합니다!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    They forgot we ordered the main dish, and forgot we ordered dessert. Amuse bouche was fishy, one of the main was more than fishy. The service are good, but the food are really not satisfied us

    Just really didn’t think the pigeon tasted good. It was Rather tough to cut and was out around 10 minutes before my dates food. Other than that the service was great though the sommelier made a joke about our selection kind of rude.

    The dining experience was one of a kind. I can now say that after experiencing Epicure, I can retire from the French Fine Dining, as I have experienced the pinnacle. The service was perfect, and the speed of food being served was also very well scheduled. Above all, every food I have tasted was exceptionally good.

    One of the best restaurant in the world. We are extremely happy with the food quality and service. We expect this restaurant just like other Michelin restaurant but Epicure did more than our expectation. Highly recommended!
