Communication was through the medium of taste and smell and at such a high level that I do not have the skill to account for it in the medium of words.
The service was exceptional in every way.
The bill was orders of magnitude more of than I’ve eveer paid, but then so was the experience.

The food and service were excellent. When there was a dish that I did not prefer from a taste standpoint, but was prepare perfectly, the staff and chef made sure that I still enjoyed the meal and brought extra food to ensure a pleasant experience. I greatly appreciate the thought and consistency throughout the meal.

Delightful, attentive service, wonderful wine-by-the-glass options, complex and inventive food, and a beautiful space and tableware. Everyone one must expect from a three-star restaurant.

All the rage about this place is right, the food is innovative and delicious, the service fantastic. From the point of entering the hotel lobby somebody walked us to the restaurant and then the fun started. The sommelier helped me decide on the Chateau de Fonsalette 2006, now one of my favorite wines of all times. the rest of the crew was attentive to all details, at one point we had 7 people focused in our table of four. We selected the chef menu, which was 7 courses but between all the complementary appetizers and then desserts we lost track at 11. Some of my favorites were the caviar on mash potatoes, creamy, salty and just the right portion, the leak , grilled roasted with anchovies was very good, specialty the leak, roasted in its own skin was delicious. The lamb chops were juicy, and very tasty, the fish was perfectly cooked , the decorations of the plates were perfect and in many occasions we hesitated to eat them as everything looked so perfect. The desserts were tasty and beautiful many boasting gold leafs to make them look even better. Cheese , macaron and chocolate selections were excellent and the cognac to end the evening was perfectly fitting . A night to remember and hope we will be back soon

Perfect.

I cannot fault the service or the food. This was the best meal I have ever eaten. It deserves it's three Michelin stars.

Every aspect of the food, the wine the pairing. I cannot describe how amazing the food was.

Thank you to all the staff who made this the most unforgettable lunch ever.

Thank you to Oliver and team for the most amazing lunch. Service was like watching the ballet. Absolutely impeccable. Knowledge of all the dishes, personal touch and just relaxed atmosphere made it truest memorable. Every dish was truly sublime. Thanks to chef for sending us and extra dessert as a treat for our special occasion. Absolutely fabulous
