    After a warm welcoming bij the staff, the amuses bring a appetising start of dinner. The confit maquerel is delicious as an entree. The rascasse (white fish) is wonderful with hazelnut oil and the sauce is perfumed with limeleaves; absolutely delicious! After three lovely cheeses the William pear dessert is a beautiful ending to a great evening.

    Habe definitiv mehr erwartet. Das pochierte Ei zur Vorspeise mit Sommertrüffel und Sellerieschaum war zu stark gekocht. Beim Hauptang war das Bress Huhn trocken und die Kombination lieblos. Käse Teller langweilig und das Dessert viel zu süß. Service wirrkte eilnahmslos und der Wein musste selber nachgeschenkt werden. Keine Reaktion auf nichts. Wir wurden nicht verabschiedet. Entäuschend.

    Amazing! Incredible wine list, great service. The pigeon was the best I’ve ever had and the dessert was wonderful. The sauces were incredibly flavorful from the escargot to the beef filet my husband ordered. Simply wonderful meal!

    The food was really interesting. They put a lot of effort into creating new combinations of flavor. Some are very successful and some aren't so much, at least for me. I would not cook meat on juniper - it has a strong flavor. I wouldn't put anise with strawberries. However, everything was properly cooked and the service was excellent. The light and creative "cheese course" alternatives were very much appreciated. I did find the completely black room a little disconcerting...totally black walls create a strange ambiance.

    Beautiful position in the middle of the wine fields. Décor lovely. Service quick and efficient, the staff we welcoming and knowledgeable about the food and wine. Food was superb.
