Title: Exceptional Dining Experience We recently had the pleasure of dining at Es Born in Ciutadella de Menorca and it was nothing short of outstanding. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The menu showcased the finest local meat and cheeses, highlighting the authentic flavors of Menorca. We indulged in the entrecot, which was cooked to perfection and left our taste buds thoroughly satisfied. What truly sets Es Born apart, however, is its exceptional staff. The team was not only attentive and efficient but also remarkably friendly. Their knowledge of the menu and willingness to cater to our preferences added to the overall delightful dining experience. The ambiance of the restaurant was charming, creating a perfect backdrop for a memorable evening. The attention to detail in both the decor and service did not go unnoticed. We are already looking forward to our next visit to Menorca, as dining at Es Born will undoubtedly be a top priority. Initially reserved an outside table, but it was too humid so we asked to sit inside. Inside is lovely and cool, tastefully lighted and the music is pleasant without being intrusive. Service was friendly and quick; it was always easy to get someone’s attention. We went specifically for vegetarian paella, which was really excellent . Asparagus, artichoke plus numerous other veggies very well cooked. It was served with a romescu sauce to the side.I’ve never had a vegetable paella before, so I’ve nothing to compare it to, but I thought it was lovely. We had a lovely meal in a city with a lot of lovely restaurants. I’d recommend it for families or a romantic dinner.

Tudo muito bom conforme esperado. Bom ambiente, boa comida e bebida. Staff sempre simpático e disponivel. Comemos ovos rotos, uns mariscos, pão com tomate entre outros. Estava tudo a bom nivel. Regamos o jantar com 1 rose recomendado que era ótimo! Um abraço de Lisboa a todo o staff e continuação de bom trabalho.

Fuimos a cenar y todo muy bien, pedimos parrillada de marisco y bacalao que estaba muy rico. Me pusieron pan sin gluten y un postre sin gluten (piña con sorbete) que estaba muy rico. Al día siguiente fuimos a desayunar y le pedí si me podía poner un huevo revuelto, ya que ponían huevo frito en una tostada. Como me dijeron que no, pedí la de tortilla de patatas, para mí sorpresa era un trozo súper pequeño y mi marido se tuvo que pedir un croissant. Nos fuimos con hambre pagando por tostada 4,75€ sin contar los café y el croissant. La camarera era muy amable y el camarero de la noche anterior también. La cena muy bien, los desayunos no tanto.

Muy atentos en todo momento, salon acogedor, producto de calidad, menú o carta de tapas para compartir, todo muy rico. Su arroz de sepia y gambas en menú, muy rico.
