A cosy restaurant in between Den Haag Centraal & HS Station. Lovely terrace at the water and a pleasant homely atmosphere. The host was very welcoming and easygoing. The menu is what attracted us to make a booking since it is a fusion between Italian and Japanese. We tried the Okonomiyaki (Japanese pancake); They managed to make this Japanese comfort food dish into a fine-dining version. The slices of tuna on top made the dish complete. The noodle soup; not very noodly (were also a bit al dente), strong broth, the egg and pork belly were the highlight of this dish. The mushroom and truffle ravioli; a nice mix of textures, very umami, loved the ravioli itself. The desert was the highlight of our meal. The white chocolate mouse with dark chocolate layered over it was terrific. This flavour explosion was lightened by the accompaniment of a beet and basil sorbet with some biscuit crunch. All in all a desert in which the flavours and textures made for a stunning dish. Makes us want to come back.

Modern in all aspects: kitchen, styling, styling, service. Food is fresh, light and always interesting, with an east-Mediterranean twist. Nice wine and coffee too. Friendly and fast service.

One point of improvement: the place should be better heated on cold days..

First time at this restaurant with the AH spaaractie. Here you get the surprise menu of the chef! All three courses were good portions, creative and tasted very good! Especially the desert! Too bad that we were charged for some bread which cost 6 euro. Service wasn't slow at all and the decoration is very nice!

We were able to sit outside by the water which was amazing. When it got a little chilly they offered blankets. The service and food are top notch!

I was really in awe of the great decor and friendly/cosy atmosphere of Eten bij werelds. We couldn't stop looking around to see all the beautiful little details. The service was very warm and friendly, explaining the dishes and always there when needed without even noticing them when you didn't. The food was exquisite, a true journey around the world. The only reason I don't give full 10 points in every category is because I felt that the courses were a bit too spaced out, and there was some waiting. It was all worth it in the end of course!

Delicious and Original Food, Great Service and Beautiful Place

We ate a three-course surprise menu with wine pairings and everything (food and wine) was incredibly delicious: the bread, the fish, the red meat and the dessert were excellent.

The waiter was kind and helpful, the service was very efficient and well-timed (not slow, not rushed) and the place is very nice on a beautiful canal street. A must-try; we will return.

P.-S.: A bit pricey, but worth it as this is a true gastronomical experience.
