New year's eve dinner absolutely exceptional. The testing menu for that night was made of 9 dishes, all of them super good and prepared with extra care, with high quality fine and fresh ingredients. Staff very kind. We will definitely return if ever back to Faro.

Nice restaurant but trying to sell all the time - arrived 715pm and rushed us out - what a shame. Bill wrong wine wrong - selling up !

Nobody was trying to rush you out madam, normally when people finish with the wine we take the glasses and leave the water glasses trying allways to give a clean environment. The bill was correct with the right wine on it, we only changed the price for your satisfation because we have the police that is allways right even when it isnt. The bill was wrong in what point? After we change the price of the house wine was told that the bill was perdectly fine. So let us know what else was incorrect. Like I explain yesterday evening, taxes like IVA allways are detailed on the receipt in any restaurant you go, no one was trying to charge more than the real price. We charge less since you had 30% discount from The Fork.

We went to Etxea to celebrate my wife’s birthday and had the tasting menu and wow it was amazing,everything from start to finish and the service was perfect I can not thank them enough for making the night so special.

Food lovely. V pricey for tuna 48euro also wine charged 30 euro for a wine found in supermarket for 4euro. So unfortunately felt a bit hard done by price wise though ambience and food v good.

We expected a restaurant with food of their caliber (and priced accordingly) to have service to match. The waiter did not open correctly the beautiful bottle of wine that we ordered so there was a piece of wax from the seal in the glass. When it was pointed out, he put that glass aside and poured a new one from the same bottle. No apology was offered (is this a common occurrence?) no discount was offered, and the wine was not served to us for the rest of the night. Their food is impeccable; we expect their service to be as well.

The food was absolutely amazing. I got the Seabass and my husband got the salted card. We couldn’t have been more happier with not only the food but the service I definite must to visit. Be sure to make reservations at books up quick.

One of the best meals we had in Portugal. It's about a block away from the hustle and bustle of the village, so it was a quiet setting. Parking can be a challenge so we elected to take a taxi. The preparations were outstanding and in nice proportions. Our service was pretty good until it came time to pay for the bill - there was language problem that had to be resolved with the head waitress. Otherwise, I would have gave 5 stars for service too.
