El lugar por excelencia para comer en Madrid es EtxeKo, el restaurante de Martín Berasategui. El auténtico sabor del norte llega a la mesa en forma de recetas de herencia vasca que rinden homenaje a la comida hecha en casa y elaboradas por uno de los más grandes de la gastronomía española. Los platos reflejan la humildad y la honestidad que caracteriza al chef. No hay extravagancias, pero sí cocina de altos vuelos, técnica, imaginación y, sobre todo, pasión que se refleja en elaboraciones como los ravioli al nero di sepia relleno de bogavante o en la yema de huevo de corral bañada con carbonara de hierbas, toque de remolacha y queso ahumado. ¡Impresionantes!


No te olvides de dejar hueco para la torrija caramelizada, uno de los clásicos de Berasategui que nunca falla.

    A lot to improve to make the experience worth of an iconic name like Berazategui. Is a very large room and is a bit cold. The service was sub-standard for what you expect for a place like it. When introducing the menu, it really sound awful to hear 3-4 times, we don’t have that

    Very good place, which will get its first Michelin star quite soon. The tasting menu was delicious, some offers were probably too big for the tasting menu and were almost like normal portions from a la carte. They opened only in January 2019, so it’s their first year and it’s a learning curve.

    Atmosphere is not What We expected! The service was good with good explanation of the dishes! The entries (mainly the ravioli) were very good! We were expecting more from the main courses!
