Locale intimo ed elegante. Cibo di alta qualità con buona presentazione dello stesso. Noi abbiamo preso una squisita carbonara e una cacio e pepe veramente buonissima. Proprietario gentile e disponibile. Consiglio vivamente questo ristorante, ci tornerò sicuramente.

Lovely restaurant, excellent food, excellent service. Not a pretentious decor, but very comfortable--family oriented, rather than dimly lit. If you are looking for great authentic Roman food, and want to avoid the tourist scene, this is a perfect choice. We look forward to returning--and trying more dishes on the menu.

Always a lovely experience at EVO! The food continues to be incredible, and the staff is just delightful and very welcoming. Could not recommend EVO more, I've dined here at least 7 times. Definitely a step above your average Roman fare.

We had a very pleasant time. We arrived earlier than our reservation time but they acknowledged our discount anyway. The place was cozy and friendly. The waiter was kind without being too talkative with us, probably due to the fact that we do not speak Italian. We ordered a couple of drinks and had a plate of Carbonara each. A bit too salty but good overall. We had tiramisu for dessert. It was overall a very pleasant experience.
