8/10I was very surprised yet again that there was no Pinot Grigio white wine or Souvigon Blanc, for such a large bar and These being the most popular wines it should be a standard option. This is not the first time either

10/10Another great lunch out here! We arrived to a very warm welcome, got nice sofa seats by the window. Food was scrummy! Highly recommend the ‘shared platter’ great selection! We also had complementary Passionfruit martini’s each, which were delicious!! I believe this was for anyone who had booked, or has booked over the Coronation weekend? Attentive and friendly staff. Also the car park is their own and they have an efficient way to deal with that. It’s very nicely located as well, right by the sea front, we went for a stroll after lunch. A really lovely place to dine out!

6/10I had been to the Ferry boat before and had an excellent meal, Last night we were a party of 4, we order 3 cod and chips and one chicken curry. The Fish was lovely, but there was only small number of chips, which was ok for us 4 older people, but my sons would not have been happy. The curry sauce was nice but there was no meat actually in the curry, so it was really a vegetable curry, with just a small piece if grilled chicken sliced on the top, which was cold and didn't look appetising. I could get better onion Bhajis from Asda, didn’t think it was value for money at £16+ And for a pub to have no orange juice ......

10/10This restaurant is beautiful. Right on the sea. We had dinner whilst the sun was setting and it couldn’t have been more stunning. Sat with my best friend and ate really good food. What more could you want?

9.5/10Having been to the restaurant before, we are semi-regular customers due to the great food, the very polite and friendly staff and of course the very quality food. We have not had a bad meal in the time we have been visiting the Ferryboat In and may it continue. Thank you.

5/10Although staff were good, restaurant was very noisy. Fish Pie was reasonable but seasonal vegetables were poor. A spoonful of peas and a few bits of soggy carrots. Will not visit again.

4.5/10Food OK but service was poor. Our main meals were fine and we would of had dessert and coffee if we were asked but got fed up waiting so we left. The restaurant wasn't even full.

9.5/10Bit of a squash as they had some trouble in restaurant with rain etc but we had a good meal and a wonderful view. The food was hot and tasty and the sticky toffee rum pud was to die for.
