Very good food, not fine dining. We were there on a Saturday evening in March and it was almost empty but I gather it is busier at lunchtimes.

Friendly atmosphere. Guests seemed to be locals rather than tourists. Excellent food and very good value for money. We arrived early, so the service was excellent in a nearly empty restuarant.
