The downstairs of the restaurant was closed and we went upstairs into a type of loft conversion. It was not nice up there, no italian feel at all. I didnt like it at all.

food was very nice. it was a shame, as we were given the distinct impression our presence was of great irritation to the lead waitress/ owner. Not sure why, as we were a polite family at all times.

Fabulous evening with old friends not met in years. Food was excellent, with one proviso - the panna cotta was rather heavy, and tough. (didn't think my own would be better than that in an Italian restaurant!) Everything else was brilliant though! The lady looking after us couldn't have been more helpful or engaging. (Sorry, didn't catch your name!) Ambience would have got full marks but for the wooden floor, which makes any room noisy. Why do so many restaurants do that these days? Will definitely be going back.

Best pizza I have had in years with a great thin crust that was just right. Really polite, professional waiter. Very welcoming. We had a lovely family supper. Dessert was super. This is an independent, family restaurant that is well worth visiting.

A really lovely restaurant! From the outside it doesn’t look like much but the food was amazing and service even better! The lady (the owner) payed so much attention to me and my partner on Valentine’s Day and was so accommodating! Food was absolutely amazing! Will definitely come again!

Fillipo's absolutely never disappoints, it's a real hidden gem in a town full of eateries. Tina is a wonderful host, welcome and caring without being intrusive - and the staff that work for her are absolutely cast in the same mould. The food is nothing short of outstanding, with great choice. Very highly recommended.

Lovely little restaurant, needs a bit of an update decor wise and toilet facilities, but lovely family owned little place where the food is actually very good and service with a smile- well worth going to if you are fed up with chain resturants!

Party of Four celebrating a family anniversary. All aspects of our visit were excellent. Engaging hosts (Mrs Filippo and Chef Filippo) who both worked tirelessly throughout our visit. We ordered our mussels and garlic bread for starters. All the dishes were served in good time and piping hot. The portions were good and the dishes all very tasty. For mains two pizzas, a calzone and one pasta dish. Again served in good time, hot, very good portions. Three desserts (ice cream, cheesecake and Tiramisu) all very tasty, great presentation and decent portions. This is a gem of a family run restaurant and cannot wait to return.

The owner was so welcoming and friendly … knows the dishes really well and was attentive with nothing being too much trouble. Food was really authentic, tasty and really well cooked honest Italian food. Such a lovely evening and will definitely return!

the restaurant is quite small so worth booking ahead. The food is good and the service albeit from one member of staff was excellent and quick. This was our third visit since lockdown as it is handy for the Horsham Everyman cinema. Be aware this place is up a flight of stairs.

As always the lovely lady looked after us. She informed me she would be on her own but the service did not suffer. The food was out quickly and there was only empty plates at the end of our meal. Lovely time for my daughters birthday. Thank you.

Small restaurant tucked away in the centre of Horsham. We received a very friendly welcome from the hostess and good service. The food was authentic and very tasty. The cheesecake topped with strawberries was probably the best we've ever tasted.

If you like ‘proper’ Italian cooking rather than what you get from chain Italian restaurants then this is where you need to be. Superb authentic food from an Italian family owned and run business at prices that don’t break the bank, and opening times that suit early evening cinema or theatre. We love it.
