6/10An underwhelming experience overall. The Ribeye and Club Steak, ordered medium rare, were over-seasoned, masking the meat’s flavor. The Club Steak was especially disappointing—tough and chewy. However, the Caesar Salad and Beef Tartare were well-prepared and enjoyable. Unfortunately, these positives couldn’t make up for the poor steak execution.

8.5/10The service started quite passive but it improved over time. Nevertheless for the prices, it should have been better. Meat and sides were great but the tables are too small, specially when you share dishes. Wine menu is not so spectacular for a meat restaurant and not served at the right temperature (at least by the glass because probably they keep the open bottles at ambient conditions). Gintonic good but very expensive (17 eur).

9.5/10We stayed at Wien for 1 night and get a recommendation card with several restaurants from the hotel where we stayed (Arte Hotel). On that day we walked about 25 kms at Parndorf and SCS so we chose Flatschers to recharge by a steak or a good burger. We made our reservation by Fork and we were absoultely satisfied: my wife chose the Lady's Cut from the menu (it's a 200g steak) with baked potato and I chose New York Flank (it's a 250g steak) all was medium-well blue and also we tried several kind of white and red wines which were also amazing! Verdikt: it was one of our best steak in our life - juicy, well made, high quality meats with well made side dished. We fully recommend this restaurant and we will come back soon!
