The restaurant provides 5-gang with wine tasting menu, the food itself was in very good, even excellent quality, but the wine intro took way too long, that we could barely enjoy anything in the end. The first 3 gang literally took FOUR hours. We were very tired and frustrated in the end as our primary goal was to enjoy the food, but the wine tasting just took too much time of the whole evening. Once a wine tasting intro was finished, the food was already not warm as it should be anymore. It was disappointing, as expectation on such a restaurant should provide quality food and service as their main selling point, but not let wine tasting dominates the entire dining progress. At 22:30 pm we decide to pay and leave although we only finished four out of five gang (to be fair, we started at 18:00!!!). Honestly, this is a restaurant that I will never visit anymore in spite of the awesome food. As when you pay 110+ euro per person for a fine dining dinner, you do not only pay for the quality food but the whole experience!

The overall service and dishes are great. We enjoyed the special evening for a birthday celebration. The decision to add eel to upgrade our 3-course menu was absolutely right — the fish with egg yolk and broccoli cream is just amazing! The only thing could be improved was that our food (there was some left in the bowl) was almost taken away at first, without us being asked. But the waitress learned quickly and asked afterwards if we were done. The main dish - calf - came in three different parts/cooking methods. I love the calf liver, but the pastrami - also tastes good - was a bit too salty for us. Dessert was not the Birne Helene we expected, but the chocolate mouse with pears/vanilla ice cream was still delicious. Would love to come back and try other new dishes.

Entspannte Atmosphäre, sehr feines Essen und ein exzellenter Service. Solche Restaurants sind selten und sollten unbedingt unterstützt werden. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Der Fleher Hof ist unser Stammrestaurant. Melanie Lorbach und Dennis Schürmann sind ein Traumteam, Küche und Service ist perfekt. Auch mit Kindern ist man herzlich willkommen. Trotz gehobener Küche, bleibt alles bodenständig. Eine rundum Wohlfühlatmosphäre.

Lovely atmosphere and well worth short Uber from city centre. The menu was really well thought through, fresh and with very clever touches. Cannot recommend the stingray taco and chocolate mousse with liquorice ice cream enough. Nice wine menu and very attentive service with the chef taking you through each dish. Would come back!

Hervorragendes Essen, sehr guter Service mit Erläuterung/ Vorstellung der Gänge. Trotzdem lockere Atmosphäre. Absolut empfehlenswert!!!
